STAR CONTROL 2 DEMO - readme.txt

Here's a playable demo of STAR CONTROL 2.  The demo does not
extend beyond the Sol system, but you can explore to your
heart's content within that system.

Be sure to watch the introduction at the start of the game.  
It gives a lot of background information that you'll find
useful.  Also, be sure to check out Pluto and, of course,
Earth.

STAR CONTROL 2 supports a bevy of sound cards.  But bear
in mind it does not support 16-bit cards.  If you have a
16-bit card, you will have to use either the /ADLIB or
/INTERNAL command line switches.  Or, if you don't have 
a sound card at all, try the /INTERNAL switch.

Sound switchs (typed at the C:\ prompt):

        SC2_DEMO /S:ADLIB
        SC2_DEMO /S:INTERNAL
        SC2_DEMO /S:PAS
        SC2_DEMO /S:SBLASTER

One more thing, the combat controls in the game are:

        / = Fire 
        . = Thrust
        , = Right
        m = Left
        n = Special
